Ummm no. Get yourself some new eyeballs bub. The car with the 2 victims wasn't overtaking anything, no cars were in front of them. The asshat behind the truck was in the opposite lane trying to overtake the truck & the victim driver panicked. Hope that scumbag never sleeps at night thinking about it.

Unfortunately if she had of kept her lane and hit the brakes I think all would of been fine. You can tell the asshole saw her last minute and was just starting to swerve back into his lane but because she was already in it, he had to maneuver back as she lost it.

They didn't have to die. Bad split second decision as a driver. A man would have torn through the barrier not decide to try getting back in line, then out of the way of a truck in under .5 of a second. Ram the car thru the rail. Or even steer off road looks like she had time to see that coming... |
