Oh I remember a story donkeys back about a girl in America found frozen presumed dead, they thawed her out and she was still alive. Anyone come across that too

I remember a story of man shooting his wife, then put her in a freezer in the garage. She was in there for like three days, if I'm remembering correctly. When she was found she was still alive, but barely. Once she was thawed out she finally died. She would of died from the gunshot wound, but being kept on ice kept her alive. I probably saw it on this site, but can't be certain.
