Said she’s mentally ill, but I’d bet has some mental disabilities as well. Which would be understandable as to why she didn’t fight or try and get out of her hold to run away, with the much larger and stronger girl. And she was trying to hang on to the railing as tight as possible. Don’t blame this victim. |

This is a scenario I’d imagine could happen in a freaking mental health facility! Probably not the best idea to have such easily accessible areas like this, where patients could kill themselves or kill others. Unbelievable. |
