Minor, Mentally Ill, Girl Throws Woman from Second Floor of Institute
India, CCTV camera shows a minor mentally ill girl (14) and another woman (33) who is also mentally ill on the second floor of a facility for mentally challenged and physically challenged people. The 14-year-old minor pushed the 33-year-old woman over the edge making her fall. She died on the spot. The incident took place at 5 pm on February 26 in the building of the Bahuwiklang Foundation. CCTV video has now surfaced. Case filed for murder against a minor: In this case, a woman named A. T. has filed a complaint with the local police. A case of murder has been registered in this case, due to which the minor has been taken into custody. According to the police, the name of the deceased woman is M.M.D. The accused is from Mumbai and has been living in a the center of the NGO for the last month. People from the institute reached the spot after hearing the sound of her falling down. Earlier, the police had registered the case as accidental death but later changes were made to the case based on this CCTV footage. The deceased woman had been living in the NGO for the last 20 years No one has filed any complaint against the NGO. It has been said on their behalf that the NGO was taking care of the deceased for the last several years. More than 90 percent of the people there are mentally ill. The parents of the accused minor live in Mumbai. They used to visit every week to meet their daughter. This NGO is taking care of children with disabilities without any donation. This is a very unfortunate incident. We have registered a case and started investigation. In this case, Police is taking all necessary information steps on its behalf, but as the accused is a minor, she is also mentally ill, so further action is being taken on the basis of the same. |
