"He collided with a car that was parked on a high-speed road after an accident inside a tunnel." But driver is getting criminally charged for hitting her. Thinking people would move their absurdly drivable vehicles outside of the fucking tunnel and then deal with the accident issues. Ridiculous. |

That’s absolutely right. It should be a law that unless mechanically unable or injuries, get the vehicles out of the travel lane. Also, that’s why we have insurance, no point in hashing that shit out - let the insurance companies figure it out
