Re: Minnesota Man Dies In Custody

We both know there's a very high likelyhood of more consequences than that. You're just pretending otherwise so you can jerk off about it.
More often than not, there is no consequence and they are usually cleared of wrong doing. This incident was extremely bad optics and bad policing. They took his life. Plain as day.

Wow, watching the full video is so much worse. One of the most disgusting videos I've seen. Hope the officer gets locked up for a long time.

Hardly a charge that someone called fapfapfap can launch at an innocent non-masturbator.

Re: Minnesota Man Dies In Custody

The various media outlets are hurting financially. It is in their best interest to stoke the flames of racial division. Simply put, it sells newspapers (and cable news advertisements.) Apart from the difference in race, there is nothing that says this was racially motivated.

The rush to fire the officers typically backfires when it comes to the officer's appeal of termination.

He's gonna get convicted. It wont be for murder, thought it is, but he's gonna do a few years. Career over. No jury gonna watch that, with people screaming that hes not moving. Fucker has his hands in his pockets.
Cop is done.

Re: Minnesota Man Dies In Custody

I dunno. I'll wait for the autopsy. For all we know, his heart exploded from having 50 lbs of crack in his system. I'll make my judgment when they confirm it was asphyxiation.

I will say this much. I had a hard time not punching my screen over that little bitch Asian cop with the Napoleon complex trying to flex on the bystanders.

Re: Minnesota Man Dies In Custody

This is some of the worst, most outright awful example of police brutality that I've seen in awhile. I saw this video earlier on YouTube and I was actually yelling at that cop to get off of him too. Fucking disgusting. These are perfect examples of why some people hate cops and don't trust them.

Re: Minnesota Man Dies In Custody

I only know of 2 ways you can get a murder conviction. Intent to kill (Murder) and causing the death of someone while committing a felony (Felony Murder). They ..might..be able to stick the intent to kill, but to me that's a stretch.

My Guess:
Involuntary manslaughter - unintentional homicide from criminally negligent or reckless conduct

Any guesses on the combination of charges?

Re: Minnesota Man Dies In Custody

Four Minnesota police officers have been fired after the death of a black man who was taken into custody and seen on video being pinned down by his neck.

Minneapolis Police Chief Medaria Arradondo said the four officers were now "former employees".

Minnesota police said 46-year-old Mr F, who had worked providing security at a restaurant, died after a "medical incident" in a "police interaction".

On Tuesday afternoon, Mayor Jacob Frey confirmed the four officers involved in the incident had been "terminated".

The incident in Minneapolis began with a report of a customer attempting to use a counterfeit $20 bill at a store.

The officers located the suspect in his car, police said in a statement. They were told the man, who has not been identified, was "sitting on top of a blue car and appeared to be under the influence".

After being ordered to step away from the vehicle, the man physically resisted officers, according to police. "Officers were able to get the suspect into handcuffs and noted he appeared to be suffering medical distress," the statement added.

In the 10-minute video filmed by a witness, the man is kept on the ground by the officer and, at one point, says: "Don't kill me."

Witnesses urged the officer to take his knee off the man's neck, noting that he was not moving. One says, "His nose is bleeding", while another pleads, "Get off his neck."

The man then appears motionless before he is put on a stretcher and into an ambulance.

Can't wait for the bodycam vids get released.
