Sergeant of the Remunerated Reserve of the Military Police of Alagoas, V. S. d. A, 56, was beaten, kicked in the head before being shot dead after an argument with 4 men at a gas station two days ago.

Three suspects involved in the crime were arrested late Friday morning (29) in a blitz in the municipality of Conde, in the state of Bahia.

The sergeant, who was inside a minibus, is arguing with the men, who were in a car. The PM was pulled off the bus and brutally beaten and kicked in the head before one of the attackers fires shots at him. He died on the spot. The reason for the discussion was not disclosed.

At the scene of the murder, witnesses told the military police that the sergeant argued with four men, who were in an unidentified car, but did not say the reason for the fight.

Update - Some more: The incident started when the PM Sgt. was traveling in the bus and realized that the bus driver was being chased by four men in a Ford Ka.

The men stopped next to the bus at a gas station and started attacking the bus driver, claiming that he had 'cut off' the passenger car.

At that time, the plainclothed PM intervened but was dragged outside the bus by the men. One of them took the sergeant's gun and the other three started the beating. Finally, the person who took the gun shot at the policeman, who died on the spot.

agree. Looks like they got tuned up a bit during the arrest, but I think the guys that cuffed them up could have worked them over a bit more.
