The UN is garbage, obviously the inhabitants of a country are going to be pissed off when a group receiving funding from the richest countries in the world is trespassing under the guise of civilian operations only to obtain intel. You either leave them alone, and let them live in their third world ways, or bomb them into the stone age. No need for civilian investigators to be killed. The technology is there to do it unmanned. |
