Well even though he had a razor, he was not using it in a threatening manner. I don't care how many times he was told to drop it, at no point was he an immediate threat. If he lunged towards one of the cops there would have been plenty of time to take him down, but he didn't. He was just being boisterous.

Cope in America don't know how to control a scene like that without pulling a trigger. In most European countries that scenario would have ended without anyone dying.
And why does every shot have to be a kill shot ? Stick him in the knee or the shoulder. Trigger happy US cops scared of any danger so they over-react and have to kill and any opportunity.
I knew that guy was going down, without him making a first move, before I even started watching the vid.
The shot comes out of nowhere and the guy didn't do anything more than what he was doing for the previous 5 minutes. He came around the car but the cops backed off a bit to compensate.
Meh, the guys death could have been avoided. Shame he was in America where cops will kill you if you have a rolled up newspaper in a threatening manner.

I guarantee you in Europe that guy and this woman would most likely still be alive after the same incident. Cops from European countries handle things much better. Particularly in UK where cops don't even have guns for standard duty.
