The gap between the taser shot and the rifle shot is too small for the officer to have been clearly negligent. Firstly, it was scenario where lethal force on the police side was warranted, and second, the officer is exhibiting the contagious shooting principle, he has heard a shot go off (the taser) and proceeds to fire, feeling the need to protect his fellow officers.

LOL did you watch the video. The one cops tazed the guy and the officer behind the car fired the shot. POS cops doesnt know when to hold back. He fired his weapon because the pop from the tazer going off. guy did rush anyone  |
