I think I figured out what happened ....the officer on the other side of the car hit the guy with the tazer and right after he did that the guy jerked a little and either that or the tazer being fired made mister itchy trigger finger long gunner go off. It's gonna be a justified shooting but early 90's hair tazer cop guy should have given a heads up to the other cops as to what he was doing and maybe Mr old timey knife wielding juice box arterial spray guy would still be in fight club

It's pretty clear the chick cop deploys her taser in an attempt to disable the guy, but trigger happy rifle cop panicked like a bitch and kills him.
