Get the coordinates for the cartel headquarters and call in a B-52 strike. Better yet, saturate the cartel areas with thermonuclear air bursts (little fallout if the fireball doesn't hit the ground). Nobody will miss them...

A very sharp knife like that will cause very little pain. I've done it myself when hunting deer and such, i use a Benchmade 15500R2 Meatcrafter and a Fallkniven Modern Bowie. Both have cut me and I had no clue until I saw the blood. One time I cut myself to the bone and didn't even know.

The victim here is the biggest badass I've ever seen on here. I was gobsmacked when he started talking after his face was peeled off. I was convinced he was already dead until that moment. Imagine the pain hes suppressing so he won't be seen in this video going out screaming.
