My guess is the surgeon worked preparing carnitas in his former life. He has definitely skinned things before and has a system for doing it. Poor dude though. Really shit way to go.

Yeah, I remember all of those videos... I'm still feeling them, still hearing them screaming. I have my TOP 3, but this one in the post here does not entering in that top, maybe it can stay in top 5 or 10, but for sure not in top 3

Did they do that to him because he was a member of that Red Skull gang? There's another video on doc. reality where they use a blowtorch to burn this guys face off until he looks like a red skull
