i think so, hopefully in a way that meant he wasn't reacting cause he didn't feel anything, and not in a he could feel it but was paralyzed kind of way.

I like that part where he takes his last breath of air and his eye lids open, right then and there you know hes lost all bodily function and his brain is ticking over long enough to potentially see his own heart beating, fucken trooper for not squealing like a pig aight...

seems like his spinal cord was severed almost immediately from the first initial cut so he probably didnt feel anything just understood he was getting carved the fuck up... he could see it, hear it and do nothing about it...
