Sloppy work. Just because this Fuckstick can cut skin off of a completely still guy's face doesn't make him skilled! With this dude, it's about his blade being scalpel sharp. Piss poor execution (no pun intended) of skin removal Other cartels employ Truly Skilled Artisans that remove the entire skin in one piece, of one thickness-literally creating a perfect skin mask.
