I feel you, man... last thing you would want, is to get a nasty infection on top of it all—especially everything this poor guy has gone through. In any case, I hope they gave him some proper antibiotics at least... sepsis can be a bitch—worse than death, really. In the US, where executions and torture are always civilized and humane, they always use sterile instruments and carefully disinfect the skin, to prevent infection. In stark contrast, the Mexican cartels obviously have no regard for medical standards of care—and even less for basic customer service. If they had any morals—which evidently they lack—they would have sold tickets to this live exhibition and then donate the proceeds towards the funding of Aztec History Month—but then, someone might accuse them of scalping, after all. What is this world coming to, man?  |
