Or maybe he's just in a lot of pain? I don't know how his pain compares to kidney stones, but with kidney stones, I'll rock myself to sleep while throwing up. Rocking helps with pain, even if done subconsciously.

He was talking too much for any of the first three to be taking place. We've probably all seen videos of all three coming out of Mexico. It's #5 none of the above. He just hurts.

That's what I was thinking. It seems the cartel has turned a new leaf, and rather than kill their targets, they maim them and then gently rock them to sleep. The video no doubt cuts off just before they thoroughly clean this gent, cover him with a warm blanket, and let him rest.
