What's interesting is that how often, when someone gets set on fire and they're aware it's coming, you wont hear them react for a bit. I suspect they've tried to prepare themselves for it the best they can and they're like "it'll be quick... it'll be quick..." and they're able to handle several seconds of excruciating pain and they're like "jesus christ its not ending wtf" and finally start screaming.
