I watched closely in slow motion, The first shot goes through the pigs left ear into her breast, when she falls to decide you can see the second shot on the edge of her other breast.

You can definitely tell she didn't have time to react, her facial expression doesn't change from before the first shot. Which means he just pulled it out started going off.
