Re: Mass Grave of Dead American Troops in Iraq
My comment was in regards to this specific video alone, the people who made it, and my argument for why I thought it's bull shit that these are the bodies of American troops. If you've inferred anything more than that, then I must say, you've done so in error. At no time did I state or deliberately imply my position or general thoughts on the media, politics, the invasion of Iraq, or any subsequent events related to the occupation. Therefore, your reply to me is completely irrelevant to my initial comment. Moreover, I appreciate the offer to educate. I generally don't participate in in-depth political debates or discussions with random people on the internet, so you don't have to waste your time on me. Thanks, but no thanks. |

Re: Mass Grave of Dead American Troops in Iraq
So you are taking about "this specific video alone"? Then why did you post, “The military has very strict accountability for all personnel, not only during a deployment, but even in garrison. Shit, even if someone misplaced their gas masks or NODs, nobody goes home until the missing item is accounted for” and "I'm talking about accountability of military personnel and equipment. The last time I checked, that didn't include nine billion dollars in cash." Neither quote is specific to the video, is it? Big surprise you don’t want to be educated. Complacent ignorance is the cancer of democracy. Stay blissful |

I remember this poor attempt of insurgent propaganda. Turned out it was one of saddam´s mass graves. But who cares nowadays. Saddam is gone and the insurgency is exterminated |

Re: Mass Grave of Dead American Troops in Iraq
Your rambling on about 9 billion dollars? LMFAO. That is literally chump change compared to how much we have spent over there. If we were "paying off" anyone, we wouldn't fucking be over there in the first place you idiot. That makes a whole lot of damn sense doesn't it? Lets spend trillions on creating and sending equipment over there, spend billions on troops and munition, and billions more on aid and supplies. And awww, what the hell, lets spend some more on paying the people were at war with to NOT shot at us...yea..CAUSE THAT'S WORKING HUH? You read alil to much into propaganda and conspiracies. Like i said, 9 billion is nothing compared to what we spend. It could EASILY be a accounting error. The United States has spent over $680 billion on military defense SO FAR THIS YEAR and that doesn't include war expenses. So don't start bullshit over pocket change.

Re: Mass Grave of Dead American Troops in Iraq
propaganda aside, the bodies exhumed look fairly recent so its impossible for it to be from Saddam's era. they might be "green card soldiers" whose deaths or injuries do not need to be reported since they are not proper American citizens that would explain the US issue black body bag and US Albuterol brand of ashthma inhaler bieng the only clues that Americans were involved in the disposal of these bodies... |
