Restraining orders for stalkerish behavior are actually excellent ways to get rid of and immediately evict troublesome, wacky tenants that live under the same roof or building as their landlord. Saw a video recently of a stripper that was so wacky and nutty she'd paint in shocking pink paint nasty taunts to her landlord on his garage for all to see, including the police. He got a retraining order on her (can't be within 200'), the cops came and said she had to get out immediately. She insisted she needed 3 hours; cop said "NO, NOW, or ELSE..." She resisted, and got tasered, cuffed and thrown into the cruiser. Getting her evicted for non-payment of rent or whatever would have taken MONTHS through official channels, but the restraining order saved the day

And extremely easy to get. Judges hand those things out like candy with no evidence except the paperwork filed.

Getting them extended or long term is usually another story, but can sure fuck up your life!

The actual inmates working in the Pen, Admin assistant to the Guards or Admin to watch commander (inmate labor) will copy and pass (official paperwork) that shows if the inmate is clean or a chester. If a chester he is killed / planed very quickly. Showers or chow hall because they are Prison Trash and every car takes out it's own garbage. Of course that individual chosen for the job is usually some young, stupid gullible (gung ho groupie dumbass) because **if he's caught gets additional potential charges OR murder beef. But** most likely just sent to Ad-Seg (The Hole) for months of fucked up lockdown for beating the Holy Dogshit out of the Chester.

and Yes I speak from personal experience in the California Penal system 5 years level 4 Pelican Bay and Corcoran on Violations.
