Mark Coates and Richard Blackburn Shooting (Full Dash Cam and Backup Arrives)
Here is the original thread that I made a while back http://www.documentingreality.com/fo...ersion-108015/ I found some more footage with Richard Blackburn telling his side of the shooting dubbed over the video I did some splicing to fit the clips together into what amounts to the entire traffic stop I also had some footage from Trooper Jacobs dashcam who was the first backup officer to arrive on the confusing scene, as two truck drivers had witnessed the shooting and stopped to help the officer One of the truckers had his .380 handgun on him to protect himself and keep Blackburn at bay I also have some Crime Scene photos I will post |

I was a little bit confused by the events that transpired after I watched the video. The title says "Trooper Mark Coates". Were both of the people in the video troopers, one off-duty? Or was Richard Blackburn the only trooper?

they shoulda just left the guy die. iif marijuana makes him like that, then he should not have been smoking it. but personally i'm guessing the marijuana was laced with some other drug/s.

Weed generally makes passive but it doesn't mean violent people can't smoke weed and end up doing something fucked up. All I know is when I get drunk I get bold like it's easier to do things i normally wouldn't have the guts for (like fighting my brother and smahing his laptop) Weed doesn't bring those qualities out in people.

One of the freakiest deaths I've seen by an officer on dashcam. What I also see are two poorly trained officer; one dead and one hysterical. This certainly could of been avoided.
