I think suicide bombing is a poor war plan  Afghans were able to keep Russia out without blowing themselves up all the time... Besides....the way I see it is that it is stupidity...you kill yourself and in the process do more damage then good for your cause by usually hitting civilians and shit (note I never said the US didn't hit any civilians). Other than the extreme militants I don't think the Iraqi people approve of suicide bombers. On a final note I think that suicide bombing is selfish and cowardly...selfish because ultimately they do it because they are told allah will give them special treatment for it and cowardly because I would think its a lot braver to fight a war (eg. multiple battles) then to walk into a place with a bomb strapped to you and having done nothing for the cause up to that point, shit yourself, then blow yourself up |

True... it is a poor war plan. But if they decided to kill themselves this way by religious brainwash, whether they believe the afterlife crap or not... I would say it still takes a lot of guts(no pun intended) to come through with it. This also reminds me of the other wars, I think, WWI and probably II where they loaded dogs with explosives and make them run towards the enemy.
