A man identified as S.R.d.S.J., of 27 years, was stabbed to death by his own brother, in the early hours of last Sunday (29). The crime occurred in Rio Formoso, Pernambuco state.

According to preliminary information, the victim was with his family in a moment of leisure, drinking alcoholic beverages, when he got involved in an argument with his brother. After the fight escalated, the suspect grabbed a machete and went to his brother, slashing his throat and brutally stabbing him to death.

In the video recorded by one of the witnesses, it is possible to see S. lying on the ground, already dead and bloody, with a huge wound that left him with his throat exposed.

Until the publication of the story there is no information if the suspect, preliminarily identified as J.A.d.O., 31 years old, was arrested or if he remains at large. The crime is being investigated by the Civil Police of Pernambuco.
