If you come across someone, laying somewhere, clearly in need of urgent medical care, what would you do? Call 911? Would you attempt to assure the injured person help is on the way? Or would you be taking pictures and videos, not giving a shit to call for help. Upload it online. Go on your merry way to the deli and order some heros? You are either 1 or the other. If I saw this man in front of me, i'm calling 911, i'm begging for emt help, i'm listening to the dispatcher tell me what I need to do, and when emt gets here and starts attending to him, i'll be on the side throwing up and balling my eyes out. I'd probably need some sedation and some therapy. But...hey...that's me.  I have witnessed 3 accidents, the people were not seriously injured. One woman was shaken up so bad I had her and her son come into the office I was working at to just sit down and drink some water as the cops were on their way. I've been lucky not to see such a sight in front of me. |

So little blood loss for such a large wound! My guess is he was in a motorcycle accident and went into a guard rail post or something similar.
