Are you certain it wasn’t a lack of vehicle maintenance that caused this?
Those tipping trucks don't have hydraulics on them once they open, once they are open they can move independently with the truck, the weight of it crushed his head, he's an idiot for even sticking his head in between that.

Pretty sure it was the other truck backing into the door that smushed his head. Not just the weight alone
