I see you don't live in New York. The ped knew where the white car was - you can see him turning his head toward the white car prior to "impact." It was a great opportunity to do a flopper and then sue for big bucks. Notice that his shoulders took most of the impact when he hit the street, not his head - that came down a split second later. Then he just lay there playing victim. It would have worked but for the spoilsport in the black SUV.  |
