No one ever saw the guy. He was wearing a black hoodie at night, jeans and hands in pockets. He also was not looking at the cars. The video should start from an earlier point to better see how it started. But this guy was invisible to everyone. They wouldn't have run him over on purpose.
He wasn't invisible, the cars have headlights at night. If you are watching the road you will see a person walking right in front of your fucking car at that slow speed.

Doesn't help the pedestrian was also an idiot for not being aware and looking around

why does US still have pedestrian "road" crossing like a third world country & not build over/ under bridge crossings for pedestrians? Isn't it the land of the free & brave & whatnot & the richest which self ascertains right to freedom, democracy, human right & all that shit ! While Biden is busy imposing sanctions (that nobody cares), his own countrymen dying like scumbags on the roads.. The subject line says its NY city
