Re: Man's Finger Shot Off (More or Less) [CHECHNYA]
During the Chechen Russian war mercenaries used to kidnap people and film them on tape, sometines they cut their victims fingers and used to send them with the tape to their family members to gain money. At the same time people in Chechnya used to make copies of executions, war footage and used to sell them on the markets.

why the fuck is this soldier crying, all they did was shoot off his finger. he got off extremely light, most of them were tortured for weeks till they get bored and killed them. or a nice slow beheading while they only nick the artery and your esophagus so you slowly asphyxiate on your own blood and this dudes fucking crying.

Re: Man's Finger Shot Off (More or Less) [CHECHNYA]
No way. That guy is dead now. I know it's a long shot, but this is what I would have gone for if I were in that situation... It's a shit blindfold. I would try to edge it up a little (rubbing my head on the floor in over-acted displays of fear and despair) Hopefully I could get a crack of light through enough to identify my surroundings a bit. When the Chechen pig asks me to put my fingers in front of the gun barrel, he has made his first mistake. Personally, I would use this opportunity to provide distraction, by making some really weird noise, hopefully to the amusement of my captors, and when my hand gets near the end of his gun, then it´s party time. Grab the barrel, pushing it in the direction of the other Chechen pigs, ready for the burn when he undoubtedly fires it in reaction. At the same time I am holding that gun I will be getting as close and personal as I can with this fucker. My head right next to his, my torso on his, and lots of movement. The guards will be reluctant to shoot the man who is probably their ringleader. Within a few seconds that gun is gonna be in my hand doing some stirling work on the porcine terrorists. Maybe I´ll die, but those are better odds of survival than would be afforded to me by passive behaviour. I am not trying to give anyone on DR the impression that I am brave or skilful. When faced with death I am scared, moreso than many of my contemporaries appear to be when in the same situations. It is my fear and cowardice that would drive me to attack my captors, and if it all goes wrong it is better to die during an Islam versus Christianity Royal Rumble, than to be tortured slowly to death. |

Re: Man's Finger Shot Off (More or Less) [CHECHNYA]
Yeah good point. I expected him to be laughing and swapping jokes after they shot his appendage off. It´s only a finger, right ... And back to reality for a second.... I´ve had a range of injuries in my life, from the relatively superficial, right through to rather more serious injuries, and this is my concise list of Painfulness Ratings. The list starts with the most severe pain I have ever known, ending with the least. 1. Toothache 2. Broken and lacerated fingers 3. Double leg breaks - Tibia and fibula 4. Broken wrists 5. Neck Hernia 6. Gunshot wound to calf muscle 7. Standing on a piece of Lego with no shoes on. 8. Being hit in the face with a softball bat Fingers fucking hurt. There are a ridiculous amount of nerve endings in there designed to prevent your body from following your fingers into the danger area. The fingers are like an SAS reconnaissance team, scanning the environment for danger so they have to be ultra sensitive. |
