What a shithole country. I would take my shirt off and wrap his head up. Hopefully he would stop bleeding. I would also make sure to preserve the airway. No one knows first aid of any kind anywhere else in the world I think. If they look dead, rub their chest really fast and yell at them. Geez.

I’ve seen trauma surgeons put together worse than that and the guy’s face is restored miraculously. Still with gnarly scars but nonetheless alive…
