 I bet they dropped the skull right out of his head pocket!!! LOL It looked like it was on its way, slooowly ripping from the flesh…I also don’t understand WHY they didn’t think about taking him out through the windshield rather than lifting all that dead weight up through the door. |

I wonder why they didn't try to pull him from the rear door window, it would have been even much harder by having the seat get in the way.  |
