San Luis Potosí, Saturday, December 3, 2022, A man lost his life after receiving an electric shock while trying to steal copper from a motorcycle business located on the Matehuala Highway, a few meters from the Benito Juárez highway interchange , the event occurred during the morning of last Thursday.

The deceased tried to enter the business during the early morning, and when trying to remove the copper from the wiring, he was electrocuted with an electrified fence that the owner of the place placed, due to the constant thefts that occurred, the subject's body was left on the sign of the establishment, which was located by the manager when he arrived to open.

The Municipal Police of the capital went to the place to secure the area, as well as workers from the Federal Electricity Commission, Metropolitan Fire Department and Civil Protection of the capital.

For their part, experts from the State Attorney General's Office (FGE) and the Investigative Police (PDI) began with the corresponding analysis and inquiries to establish responsibilities and transfer the body for proper analysis and identification.
