I'm from the philippines and this is a common sighting or happening to the squatters who live near the train rails. They've been warned so many times to get the fuck out of there, but they don't. In the video, it was his father who got his legs cut off and yes, there are no trained EMTs in the philippines (or rather, those who have BLS or basic life support training). As for the translation in the background, the people are saying somewhere along the lines of "What the fuck" "the legs" "what is happening" "call the ambulance" "some laughter" |
