That passing car appears to have a bright yellow plate. Only NM has that shade of yellow. There is a bit more green vegetation than expected for NM, but it appears to be a hot weather state, dry and cloudless. I put my betting $ down on NM.

once...there was this kid who..got into an accident and couldn't go to school...but when he finally came back...his hair, had turned from black into bright white...mmm.
