Internal hemorrhaging. I assisted with an autopsy on a woman whose liver stopped accepting blood and backed up in her system. He’s a bit heavy and could very well be suffering from cholesterol buildup and his blood started backing up somewhere and it dropped him. Just an educated guess from what I’m seeing. No idea really as he’s half way around the world, right!? |

I’ve been on hundreds of Full Arrest both in EMS, and working with the ME office here in Michigan…. Never seen blood loss like that from an MI…. That’s insane!!!!

OK, so the first reports I found of this incident described it as a "heart attack", but now I'm really unsure (I'm far from a medical expert), so I've edited the title.
