He looks to be possibly doing a “rear obstruction check”. My opinion is that the machine was (previously-changed to) at a faster speed than usual, or what he was accustomed to... therefor making him believe he had more time to make his check. The machine is under a powerful amount of slow-movement pressure, and his injury looks to be either broken neck, or possibly a crushing of the windpipe.. or even a fracture as skullbase. - for safety, said checks are supposed to be made BEFORE the machine is started - |
