Re: Man Streams His Suicide on Facebook Live
Armed forces reservist, served in Iraq, lost his girlfriend, lost his job, blew his head apart with a shotgun. Look up the thread that says "(Full Video)." Should still be on the front page, longer video isn't embedded but is in there as a download link. |

"Hey, guys! I guess that's it!" Some profound last words. Not nearly as profound as Ricardo Lopez's though: "Victory!". |

Re: Man Streams His Suicide on Facebook Live
Was that a police officer walking around in his flip flops?? Sad, I suppose there is going to be more suicides in the near future with the way this country is being demolished by Trump. Side note: I learned many, many years ago to not place my value as a person with other people. I will not allow another person to steal my peace of mind. |

Re: Man Streams His Suicide on Facebook Live
He might've been off-duty and listening to his scanner, and flip-flops were the quickest way for him to get out the door. Those aren't Trump supporters rioting a looting, you fkn muppet, and this dude most likely served (and picked up his PTSD) during Obama's tenure. Weird how you don't place your value as a person with other people, but will place your country's value with a single figurehead. Unfuck yourself. |

Re: Man Streams His Suicide on Facebook Live
More suicides by gun in the US than murders. In the documentary 'The Bridge' they claimed that those who were stopped from jumping off the Golden Gate Bridge didn't try again or switch to a different method. They got help. Hard to help those who own a gun. I had a suicide attempt in 2015 and the police took me to hospital (uninjured but in need of psychiatric help). Your mind and logic goes into an endless loop. You don't want help because you know they will talk you out of it. Imagine being in a room where you are contstantly punched in the head and you want to step out but those who love you convince you to stay and you're back to being punched in the head again, so you desperately need to step out and you don't want to ask for help because they will convince you to stay and you know how that's going to feel. What you can't see is an alternative. I was lucky and I found that alternative and I haven't sunk that low since (even though depression still tries to pull me down). I swore I would never let myself be affected by my depression that much again and I found that all it needed was my own frame of mind to change. No one else can do that for you. You can throw as much love as you have at a suicidal person and it won't help (and they are not being selfish). What you need to do is help them work out their own strategy to move on. Therapy, meds and some drastic life changes. Ironic that he was accusing "Buck" of not giving him a shot. And then he used buck shot to end it all. |
