Nobody felt the need to discuss it further because its painfully obvious he's using a webcam on a computer to stream.
* I mentioned he was talking to facebook chat.
* The title of the thread has the words facebook live in it.
* The reflection of his computer moniter can be seen in his glasses throughout the video.
* You can hear him clicking a mouse.
* People connect to facebook live primarily through their phones/tablets right? But we see the phone in his hands, and we heard mouse clicking.... so we can deduce that he chose to use the other popular method of streaming which is ....wait for iiiit.....a computer!
* If he was streaming from his phone without using a stand, the video will wobble and shake from movement. The point of view would be different, all the sounds, including his voice, and room ambience would be different.

I can go on and give you many more examples if you're still confused about this.

The voices you hear are indeed coming from a tv or radio, and have absolutely nothing to do with his stream, unless of course you think an appropriate response to Ronnie's statements about his excellent management skills, is to give a sales pitch about some cars with great interest rates, and to counter with "call the cops in New Albany to get Autumn on the phone", is an excellent counter on Ronnie's part. It does make me wonder about the sales strategy though, it doesn't seem very effective here. I'd like to know how many other customers negotiate by shooting themselves in the face with a shotgun, it seems like a messy way to buy cars.

If the talking was coming from the stream on his computer in front of him, it would be much louder and easier to understand. We can hear him move in his chair, we hear him pickup and place his phone on the desk, we can hear him pet his freakin' beard around (-5:17)...everything he does in the immediate area is clearly heard, but the other dialogue isn't.

Have you noticed that up until this point, Ive only used masculine wording? There's a reason for that. But dont worry, I'm going to explain it for you.

The phone rings
Ronnie picks it up and says "oh you want to talk to me now?"
Ronnie realizes he didn't actually accept the call
Ronnie takes the phone away from his ear
Ronnie successfully accepts the call, as soon as we see him click accept call, we immediately hear a woman's voice. He didn't even have enough time to bring the phone back to his ear before she starts talking.

I'd love for you to share the timestamp of the second woman who spoke before Autumn called Ronnie.
