Man Stabs Woman to Death Out of Jealousy; Fails to Kill Himself
Khan Pou Senchey, Phnom Penh, Cambodia A 25-year-old man, Lim Kineth, fatally stabbed a 24-year-old woman, Meas L., after he accused her of hiding the fact that she was married and had children. Lim then tried to kill himself, but failed to do so. In hospital, Lim revealed that he thought he was in a relationship with Meas via Facebook, whilst he was working in Thailand, but did not know that Meas was married to a 37-year-old Chinese national. He felt betrayed when he found out the truth, and went over the border to Meas's house to confront her. |
