That's a very amusing philosophy. Then perhaps you can explain why murders in USA during the past decade have risen at an alarming rate while capital punishment has declined dramatically during the same time period?... that would certainly seem to blow your opinion/theory/hallucination out of the water, hmm?

Here's also a fun fact — the 23 states in USA that have abolished capital punishment (and several that observe a moratorium), now have the highest manslaughter and murder rates...

Want to know what's even more amusing than that? No Latin or South American countries have capital punishment (except for war crimes). If you've been on DR for more than a few seconds, you'll recognize how safe it is for the citizens and tourists of such areas as Mexico, Brazil, Chile, El Salvador, Guatemala, etc. People are constantly being murdered and butchered in public during broad daylight (AND ON VIDEO) by criminals who behave with relative impunity. But I guess that's better than having some abusive government putting criminals to death...

Yes, tenants can be absolutely bugfuck crazy and malicious. I personally knew a guy that lived in my building (since evicted) that not only used to break into other tenants' units and steal $5000+ worth of valuables per B&E, but would break his own plumbing in his apartment causing massive leaks just so he could avoid paying rent, claiming the landlord (a really nice guy... to nice actually) rented units out that were unfit to live in. He only lasted about a month after that once the landlord got wise to his bullshit. He was actually caught on the landlord's security cam with a gasoline can and was going to burn down the complex when he finally got kicked out. I guess he thought about the few he befriended (who didn't know about him until he was kicked out) and decided not to. A real psycho.
