Absolutely not. I’ve had some really great ones over the years, some of whom even lowered the rent a lot (over $600 a month) for a year or so and then, invited me over their house for steak, lobster, king crab and homemade gelato. Not to mention, he hooked me up with two very pretty neighbors. Some landlords are really good guys!

But I just don’t know why I’ve never come across an amazing female landlord.

Everyone going off on landlords. Imagine the shit they have to deal with. Residents are fucking crazy. Pay your rent, be a decent neighbor and shut the fuck up. Ain’t that hard. And if you can’t, get the hell out.
