Sometimes audio makes these things unbearable for me to watch I have flashbacks to early gore and deathcam videos I saw where gurgling soldiers are decapitated in close-up or clerks in convenience stores are shot in the face or chest that don't die quickly and they make those hideous, horrendous gurgling, gasping sounds as they slowly expire. I only like to hear that shit when it's a bad guy that deserved a good heart and lungs shot and now spends his last moments trying to breathe through the torrent of blood and the hole blasted through his trachea
