What i could find,
The victim was drinking in a bar in the company of a woman when they were surprised.

He was hit in the head and hand and died on the spot while the unidentified woman was injured and was bailed out to the General Hospital.

maybe the bullet grazed her scalp when her head was close to his and a piece of her scalp/hair ended up in the bullet wound ?
