Rockford IL, happened a couple of hours ago.

Rockford, Illinois~ A 28 year old man was shot dead the moment 3 suspects approached and fired at his residence on Jonathan Avenue on Friday.

Police were called to the crime scene around 5:30 pm. The victim was taken to the hospital, but later died. His identification has not yet been disclosed.

In the video, 3 masked individuals approach the house, open the door, and fire at the occupants inside. The shooting was one of three to rattle the West Side of the city on Tuesday.

Rockford police chief Carla Redd said that the shootings were targeted, did not appear to be random, and did not consider them a threat to public safety.

I'll bet a paycheck the killers where there earlier to buy drugs. Saw the guy's stash and cash, and returned. The video tells the rest of the story.

The shooter sounded white and behaved ex-military or police with his commands. His buddies were clearly less experienced with one of them pausing in front of the camera while pulling up his shoe/sock. They will be captured or at least identified.
