I guess I'll make my few points so they can be ignored, dismissed and screeched at by right wing dopes, but its the internet and I feel compelled:

1. So right to carry doesn't matter here apparently. Like someone else said; its amazing how the goalpost shifts from Don't Tread on my 2nd amernment to Comply or Die.
2. I thought they were pistol whips at first until I saw the better clip and they're beating the guy with the bear spray containers.
3. I'm pretty sure just before Captain Trigger Happy murdered him, one of the goons yelled "gun", but on top of that its also clear from seeing all the vids that the gun was retrieved before a shot was fired by black beanie man.
4. The subsequent full-murder shots by the guys who just started shooting because loud bang in scary also need to be held to account. As Muertaluna said; this line of duty shouldn't have tolerance for cowards.
5. For all the idiots saying "well he had a gun" or "he must have reached for a gun" did you not see when this guy was literally blinded by a crazy amount of spray to the face? Not only could he not see, but then he was subsequently assaulted by a gang of gravy seals. Of course he's going to defend a blindly reach around. Honestly after the multiple blasts and stumbling around, there was no reason to compound it by also attacking the guy who can't see.

You can cite cases until you're blue in the face. What good is law enforcement if it doesn't protect the rights of citizens? Why rescue a hostage when you can just shoot right through them to get the bad guy. Why stop a school shooter when you can just blow up the entire school. Problem solved.

I realize these are overblown examples, but where do you draw the line? Is the life of one innocent man expendable? What about a group of three. A dozen protesters. A crowd of civilians.

A few days ago, the head of state chided Iran over its murderous campaign to suppress dissention. What separates us from Iran at this point?

Another outlet is stating that the agent removing the gun from Pretti discharged that firearm causing the rest of them to start shooting...
But video also shows the ice agent in gray taking the firearm and then the shooting starting, either way- Pretti was not armed during the shooting
