this is murder, the cop was upset something and shoot the guy I understand the situation because the guy have a big knife in his hands before a few moments in the back but he not move killed in standing position So this action from the cop was a half murder not a self or public defense |

I couldn't make out what the argument was over but the guy with the gun kept telling the other guy "come on"come at me" and also said"go back in your house".it looked to me like he was on the phone and heard something then started firing!in any case it looks like murder!  |

The sergeant (the one who shot) was calling the police for 'help' (he mentions calling 190 which is 911 in Brazil), then the victim wife told the same to another guy, to call the police also. I don't think this incident was purely murder, of course we should know everything before, the police will probably jail him or something like that, however, in the talking you can see the sergeant mentioning "go what you do to your family, beating your wife, your family", which sort of make us think this is a really old problem between them, and that the victim probably had problematic behavior around the hood |
