Man shot dead last night
31 year old V.D.S.C. was shot dead last night (12th September 2018) in Belém (Brazil). 'V', a snack vendor, was shot by 2 men who approached him on a motorbike. They fired then fled the scene. Family state that 'V' was not under threat nor did he have a criminal record or do drugs.

Just living in Brazil puts you “under threat”. As far as “V” not being involved in criminal activity or drugs, I’m sure the trigger man is all broken up over killing a totally innocent snack vendor!
