James Cagney was being interviewed about working in film in the 1930's, and he said he almost got killed several times, because they were using REAL LIVE AMMO in his shooting scenes. Real bullets only cost 5 cents each, but blanks cost $1.25 so most studios used real bullets. |

See the guy in the middle with the white shirt? He's throwing what looks like money up in the air but it's not real money it's fake money they use just for this celebration, but they use real bullets. I think they got their priorities backwards
