Not a speck of common sense. The fools right in the vicinity don’t even realize he’s been shot - including the shooter himself! Does it get any dumber? I want to feel badly but I can’t.

It looked like he shot him on purpose then shot up into the air to make it look like it was an accident. But that would have taken some degree of intelligence and planning so I’m sure that’s not what happened. Just stupid folks |
