I thought so to but I’ve never seen a Taurus with the finger grooves cut into the front strap. That’s a Turkish thing. Could be a Girsan but I’ve only seen those with the slide mounted safety. Weird beretta clone to say the least. Also the trademarks on the Taurus aren’t where they were on that slide. Late 90s would make it a PT100.
The Taurus PT-92 AFD does have finger grooves but the two notches under the receiver are closer together than in the pistol the guy used to commit suicide.

Still I can positively identify his gun as a Taurus one, the video in the phone is horizontally inverted though.
